Well I ordered the Motorola XV2100 on a weekend and I received and email saying it would be sent out first thing Monday. Which it did. Well UPS could not find my location so it was sent back. In which they turned around and sent it back to me again without any trouble. Each time they contacted me by email to let me know what was going on and what my tracking # was. Thanks Cecil
